Student at ICE will have to abide by the prescribed Code of Conduct during the tenure of their program.

Code of Conduct

• Conduct
  • Students will have to wear ID Card at all times whilst in the premise of the Institute
  • Batches once allotted will not be changed
  • Students will not make use of any gadgets in class
  • Students are advised to read notice boards at all times
  • Students cannot directly or indirectly be involved in activities which compete with the institute
  • Students cannot join any individual or institute involved in media training during their tenure of training at the institute
  • Students at all times need to respect the assets of the Centre. Mishandling of / damage to any property (Furniture, Equipment & Hardware) by Students will attract severe consequences.
  • Students shall observe strict discipline and maintain proper decorum
• Attendance
  • Students at the institute will have to maintain a minimum 80% attendance
  • Students to ensure they use the means provided to record their IN & OUT timings for proper marking of attendance
• Fees
  • Fees once paid is not refundable
  • Students are advised to pay their fees as per the prescribed time line
  • Non payment of fees will lead to cancellation of admission
  • Students will have to mandatorily pay Security Deposit at the time of admission which is interest fee & refundable post successful completion of their training program & no due certificate
• Library
  • Students will have to produce Library card for issuance of books
  • In the event of default, the institute reserves the right to with held the student Certificate, cancellation of admission or forfeit the security deposit as deemed fit
  • No library books will be issued to the student 15 days prior to completion of the course
• Projects & Examination
  • ICE will conduct examination and prescribe internal assessments (including projects) for Students from time to time
  • Students will be required to submit all assignments/projects/portfolios at the end of each course/module to their respective Instructors as per guidelines and within the prescribed time limit
  • ICE reserves the right to debar any Student from giving an examination or submitting a project or other internal assessment report if found that his/her attendance or performance during the tenure of the course has not been satisfactory
  • Students Final Project will also form the basis of the Final Grade
• Student Support
  • The Training coordinator will be a one point contact for the students at all times
