We are example of quality being the first institute in India to receive ISO quality certification. History

Know When, Who, and Why ICE was founded ?

ICE was launched in the year 2010, with the exclusive intent of scouting and empowering new talent in the media and entertainment industry. We created new opportunities and gateways for talented people to become superstars in the making. We wanted to give hope to skillful people who dream big to rise above the ashes and set a stronghold within the film and entertainment sector. Since then, the ICE institute has become a benchmark community filling the industry with the finest talented artist.

ICE was an ingenious concept that started with Ekta Kapoor and was backed by Balaji Telefilm to facilitate students with a possibility to comprehend, train and sharpen their skills with the guidance of renowned faculties that exist from the same industry. ICE has attained numerous awards for setting a leading example of what film and performing arts schools need to be. We were also the first Institute to pilot in quality and receive an ISO 9001; 2015 certification. We now rank as the best learning institute within the industry with global recognition. The school has fostered some of the most influential artists within the film, media, and entertainment enterprise.

In the field of theatre, she was elected as a national scholar by the Ministry of Tourism and Culture (India). She worked with eminent theatre personalities like Shri Ram Gopal Bajaj, D.R. Ankur, Kriti Jain, Tripurari Sharma, Dr. Anuradha Kapur, Mohan Maharishi, H. Kanhailal, K.N. Pannikar, etc. Laxmi has performed in prestigious theatre festivals in India and abroad. In 2009 she was awarded the ‘Mahindra Excellence In Theatre Award’ for the Best Female Actor. Since then, she has worked on different TVC’s, Telefilms, and feature films as well.

He was awarded for organizing the first ‘National Students Film Awards’ (NSFA) & ‘Film Festival of India’, Pune (19th April 2013 – 24th April 2013). Kundan has over 11 years of experience in the media field including Casting, Direction, Acting, Event Organizing, and Production. He has a competent skill-set with expertise in the domain of relations management & creative supervision. He coaches at ICE with in-depth knowledge and understanding of all aspects of media production and has excellent project management skills with a focus on quality management and timely delivery. He harbors the dexterity for being a good conceptualizer with brilliant planning & presentation capability. Kundan has also played roles in KBC Promos, Crime Patrol, NDTV.

Ravi Choudhary

Ravi retains a diploma in theatre from Himachal Pradesh, mandi 2007 & a post-graduate diploma in acting from FTII (Film and television institute of India, Pune. He has worked as a casting director for several advertisements, films, and web series. His highlight films consist of ‘Rustom, Jagga Jasoos, Sarabjit, Bhoomi. Web series such as ‘Die trying, The trip 2, Lakhon me ek session 2. As a casting director, he has done +100 advertisements and trained Bollywood stars like ‘Sonakshi Sinha’, ‘Saqib Salim’ and many more. His other collaborations consist of movies such as ‘Kakuda’ (horror comedy film), working with Nawazuddin Siddiqui for the movie ‘Tiku weds Sheru’ & with the director, Vikramaditya Motwani’ for the web series ‘Stardust’.

Sanjay Kumar Sahu

He completed his master’s in theatre art in film studies from MGAHV and possesses a master’s in Hindi literature. Sanjay has spent more decades in academics and holds a couple of films, web series, TV episodes, and short films under his belt with additional experience in mature theatre.

Vinay Kumar

Vinay is am an actor & director (Film, TV & Theatre). He is an alumnus post-graduate from Film Acting from Film & Television Institute of India Pune). He also graduated from Bhartendu Natya Academics arts Lucknow. Since then he has worked as an assistant professor in the film studies department at Chandigarh University. He has acted in several Bollywood movies like ‘Satellite Shankar’ as the main lead by Sooraj Pancholi where he played an army officer. He has also worked in different TV episodes like Crime Patrol, Savdhan India, Criminal Mind, CID, Balika Vadhu, etc for various illustrious TV channels such as Sony, Colors, Life Ok, and more. His experience shadows many web series, short films for film festivals, add films for various products. He also has mentored in a famous talent TV show called ‘India’s best dramebaaz’, for Zee TV Channel. He now works as visiting faculty in various film and theatre institutes in Mumbai & all over India. He continues to act and has even directed many theatres plays collaborating with renowned theatre personalities and theatre groups in India.

Mohd Zorjis

Mohammad graduated in mass media studies from Jamia Millia Islamia University, New Delhi. He studied arts and aesthetics (Cinema & Visual studies) and holds a master’s degree from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi. Mohammad also did his post-graduation in film direction and screenplay writing from the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), Pune. He has successfully directed multiple short films, documentaries, and music videos. He currently is a high-demand freelance filmmaker and screenplay writer in the industry.

Roshan Jose

Roshan is an alumnus of the Film and Television Institute of India, Pune. He has vast experience working with all formats, from 35mm film to the solid-state formats of the Arri Alexa, Red Epic, and the likes of 5D. He also has worked non-stop in the world of stills, film, and television as a photographer and director of photography. His work envelopes many films like ‘Karwaan’ a 2018 Hindi feature, ‘Ishaq’ in 2019, a Malayalam feature, ‘Kathmandu Connection’ 2021 TV Series, ‘Tabbar’ 2021 TV Series, ‘Phir Ek Subah’ (short film), and more.

Mr. Gurmeet Singh Garha is a highly qualified professional with rich work experience. After completing his Studies as a B.Sc (Gold Medalist) & M.Sc (First Rank), he joined Sales & Marketing and worked for more than 15 years for various Indian & Multinational Companies. His last position was Country Manager based at Nairobi, Kenya, East Africa. He soon had an inclination to become a certified trainer and completed a ‘Train the Trainer Program from TAP International Institute, Bangalore. Gurmeet started his voyage by spreading knowledge & transforming students’ lives at Schools, Colleges, corporates & professional institutions. This soon followed with him becoming a Grooming & personality development mentor for modeling & beauty pageants. Mr. Gurmeet is now a grooming mentor for the modeling & advanced acting course with ICE. Gurmeet Garha’s Grooming School is the only Institute based in Navi Mumbai for Modeling, Personality Development, Beauty Pageants & Fashion Shows. Students who coached under him are now featured in TV Commercials, Print Ads, TV Serials & Bollywood Movies having represented India on International platforms.

Mandar has collaborated with numerous brands like Anita Dongre, AND brand, Gini Jony, and Raymond. He gained a celebrity reputation by getting the ‘Best designer Award’ in 1997 in Mumbai and the Best Designer in the northeast, even winning the Best Illustrator award’ from Canada.

Rajesh Bakshi

Rajesh graduated with honors in history from Delhi University. He is a professional actor and theatre director, starting his theatre journey in 1998 with most renowned Delhi theatre groups like Asmita Theatre Group, Kshitij repertory, Aaj repertory, and many more. He further refined his skills with intensive practical training under famous directors like Arvind Gaur, Bharti Sharma, Vipin Kumar. This crafted him as an actor and soon led to him meeting his mentor, the eminent theatre Director Shri Bhanu Bharti. Since then, Rajesh has acted in more than 50 plays and famous theatre festivals including Bharat Rang Mahotsava, Jashne Bachpan, Nandikar Rang Mahotsava, Bhartendu Natya Utsav, Bharat Muni Theatre Festival, and Yuva theatre festival to name a few. He also directed 22 plays for the children and 8 professional plays for adults (professional). As an independent freelancer, he was a voice-over artist in All India Radio and worked with organizations like Sahitya Kala Parishad, Hindi Academy, Multivalent Co, Aayam, CCRT, Dramabaaz Company, etc. Rajesh directed some plays like Jasma Odan, Aankh Micholi, Ek Mamooli Aadmi, Char Tang Ka Koyal, Chekhov Ki Kahniya, and ILA. In a nutshell, his experience extends from professional theatre, media experience, events to big events to government organizations like Bharat Utsav, Olympic Relay India Gate, and even performance play direction abroad. He currently coaches as a visiting faculty at ICE, Shri Ram Centre for Art and performance, Dramabaz Co, and Theatre Actors Studio.

Bhupendra Chouhan

Bhupendra is an electronics and telecommunication engineering graduate. He pushed on to pursue his master’s in acting from the Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), Pune. He currently has multiple projects working with big production houses like Eros with ‘Date g wrong’, collaboration with renowned director Suman Gosh for’ Adhar’, working with celebrated director Atul Sabharwal for Netflix’s very own ‘Class of 83’. He was awarded and appreciated by Inlaks India Foundation for his project, ‘Process of a Performer’. He carries on his belt decades of experience with an additional voyage in the theatre where some of his significant screen works include Omung Kumar’s film ‘Bhoomi’, a Hindi-film ‘376D’. He also performed in Chandraparakash Dwivedi’s`TV series, ‘Surajya Sanhita’ and a couple of ad films and upcoming web series yet to release. Vivek is a visiting faculty for acting at ICE Institute of Creative Excellence, Whistling Woods International, Kreating Characters, and CRAFT (Delhi).

Sheel Kalia

Sheel completed her graduation from government college Chamba, H.P. University. She holds a master’s in mass communication from Guru Jambheshwar University, Hissar, and another Master’s in Dramatics & Theatre from Atal Bihari Vajpayee University, Bhopal. She has also studied drama & acting at Shri Ram Centre of Performing Arts, Mandi House. Sheel carries decades of experience giving lectures as a visiting faculty at Delhi Film School (South extension), Theatre workshops, and Film-making workshops in Insipiria Knowledge Campus of Mass Communication, Siliguri (West Bengal), PACT Society, an Acting Coach for Rising HumanActing Studio, Alphabet School programs, Satyug Darshan Sangeet Kala Kendra School. Global Khushiyon ka Mela and ICE Institute. Her tenure in the industry has given her projects like acting in ‘Yahan Ke Hum Sikander’, Serial for Doordarshan, an assistant director & production assistant in Dilip Sood Films. Acted in cinema productions for Vikram Vivek, a feature film with independent filmmaker Saurav Naag, Actor and associate producer with Dinkar Rao in ‘Gloves of Monalisa’, where the film is submitted to Cannes. She also performed in plays like ‘Ek Khyali Bimaar’, ‘Sunday Cost five pesos’, (Mexican Play in English), ‘Jaal’, and was a judge for Yuva Utsav, with the Department of Social and Human Development at (YMCA). She was recently awarded ‘Best Actor in a Negative Role’ at Asian International Film Festival, Berlin, for the film ‘Rape Me’.

Working currently as an associate professor for Chandigarh Vishwavidyalay for acting and film Making. He also works as a multi-faceted professional casting director, creative & film director, and writer. His recent acting movie ‘Duvidha’ directed by Amit Kashyab’, won an award at the Bangalore International film festival while his documentary ‘Main Shaheed Aur Shajapur’ won the ‘Best Documentary’ award at the Shimla film festival. He is also quite active on stage performing over 50 stage shows, directing +100 Stage shows wrote +50 stage scripts. His new venture was a book ’99 Monologue for Actors’.

Pradeep Shadangule

Pradeep is an Indian film & television director and writer. He is passionately engaged, as a director and writer in various films and television projects for decades. Writing poetry and stories in Hindi since childhood led him to work on various theatre groups and reputed institutions in his hometown at Bhopal. His interest in literature theatre and writing eventually unfolded into his passion for filmmaking. After completing a diploma in film making, he worked as a chief assistant director in many television serials. His film career debut with the most popular film director and his mentor Mr. Rajkumar Hirani with ‘Munnabhai MBBS’. Since then, he has made many films including his short film named “Titli”. As a writer, he wrote multiple episodes for the TV show ‘Roz Sunday’, on Epic channel for Mazaa films, and short stories published on ‘First post’ Hindi Web channel.

Deepak is currently an action director with vast knowledge in croma work, VFX, multiplication, sword fights, crowd fights, hand fights, bhala and gadha fights, cable work, and much more. He is his super talent hero being admired with the Komal Nahta Special Appreciation for films like ‘Shorgul’ and ‘Humpty Sharma Ki Dhulaniya’. His experience can be seen in films like Agneepath, Mahasangram, Khoon Ka karz, Naam Cheen, Sindhur Aur Bandook, Pyaar Karke Dekho, Sone Pe Suhaga, Jhulm Ki Huqumat, Aurat Teri Yeh Hi Kahani, Mein Azaad Hoon, HUM, Ghair Kahnooni.
